The hotel was a mixed experience overall. The rooms were spacious and clean, but the lack of daily servicing was disappointing. On the bright side, the staff was friendly and helpful, making up for some of the shortcomings. The location was perfect for exploring the city center, although the dining options could use improvement.

Upon arrival, our room was not ready despite our early arrival, but eventually converted to a triple; however, the room was small yet beautifully designed with a very spacious private bathroom. The hotel offers friendly and helpful service, particularly with restaurant recommendations and the provision of a paper map. The location is ideal for exploring Bath's attractions and is within walking distance of the train station. The dining experience had a good variety, though some chaos was noted. Overall, a great choice for a central stay in Bath.
